Marinello Schools of Beauty is expanding with its acquisition of Brio Academy and B street Design beauty schools with locations in Connecticut, Kansas and Massachusetts, effective October 1, 2012.

Following its official name change to Marinello Schools of Beauty, the company’s acquisition of these 15 new campus locations will bring Marinello’s curriculum and menu of programs to students and affordable, supervised salon and spa services to consumers in the following cities: Bridgeport, East Hartford, Enfield, Fairfield, Hamden, Meriden, Niantic, Torrington and Willimantic, Connecticut; Northampton, Massachusetts; and Lawrence, Manhattan, Overland Park, Topeka and Wichita, Kansas.

Marinello Schools of Beauty was acquired by Dr. Rashed Elyas, Dr. Nagui Elyas and Michael Flecker, Marinello’s CFO in 2004.
