Mario Argenti has had an impressive and eclectic career in the beauty industry in both the professional and consumer worlds including his most recent position as CEO of KPSS and formerly as the Managing Director of Ester Lauder and CEO of Wella USA. Recently Argenti accepted the position of President of Keratin Labs, the newly developed division of Keratin Complex.
"We are addressing the stagnation in the industry," Argenti told me at a meeting at the Premiere Show in Orlando, Florida. "While Keratin Complex has mastered the smoothing service, Keratin Labs will be entering other categories with new ventures."
While Argenti is vague about the future, his history in both color and liquids could make that future very interesting. In this interview, Argenti answers a few questions about What's Next for Keratin Labs.
