Since its first edition in 1938, Milady Standard Cosmetology has evolved with the styles of the ever-changing cosmetology industry, while still maintaining a firm foundation in the basic procedures and applications of beauty culture. Building upon the features of previous editions, Milady Standard Cosmetology 2012 has added more than 750 new illustrations and photos, a revised section on infection control, new procedural photos with live models, revised and updated chapters written by top industry experts, a new visually appealing and engaging layout, and step-by-step procedures demonstrated specifically for left-handed students.

DVD Series: Five hours of DVD content that contains interactive classroom activities allowing instructors to assess student understanding as well as English and Spanish voiceover and subtitles focusing on key concepts and step-by-step technical procedures.
e-Book: For the first time, an eBook option will be available for this textbook as an alternative to the print option.
