LONG, LOOSE WAVES
The old Hollywood inspired waves worn by Reese Witherspoon, Jessica Chastain and countless others have been a staple on the red carpet this season, and will remain popular both on and off the red carpet.
STEP 1: Start by applying Privé’s Concept VertVolumizing Froth to damp hair. Dry hair straight using a round brush to create volume.
STEP 2: Once hair is completely dry take one-inch sections of hair using a one- to two-inch curling iron holding for 20 seconds.
STEP 3: Release the curl letting it fall in place and then begin to work fingers through the curls to loosen them up.
STEP 4: Finish by applying a texture spray to lock in the look.

PIXIE CUT
The pixie cut as sported by Anne Hathaway, Charlize Theron and Halle Berry was a hit this Awards season. “I love this clean, Simple, sophisticated style, but the key to this look is confidence,” states Dufourg.
STEP 1: Begin by blow drying hair using your fingers to separate strands.
STEP 2: Apply a texturizing gel to mold the hair and create the texture desired.
STEP 3: Finish with a strong hairspray such as Privé’s Firm Hold Hairspray, which will hold the hair in place.

SLEEK AND STRAIGHT
A red carpet classic that will always be in style is the long, sleek and straight hair as worn by Jennifer Aniston and Sandra Bullock. “If you have long hair this style is amazing and quite simple to create,” says Dufourg.
STEP 1: First apply thermal protectant spray to damp hair.
STEP 2: Blow dry hair straight using a paddle brush.
STEP 3: Once hair is completely dry, use a flatiron to achieve the extra sleek, straight look.
STEP 4: Finish with a shine serum such as Privé’s Flash Brilliance or Privé’s Shining Weightless Amplifier, which will eliminate frizz and make hair shimmer.
