In celebration of Scruples' Power Blonde Balayage Clay Lightener, the brand is running its Power Your Blonde contest now through October 3, 2016 on Instagram. Just post a before photo followed by your best balayage creation using Scruples Power Blonde Balayage Clay Lightener. In the caption, include a full description of the formula, a step-by-step technique and the products used, along with the hashtag #PowerYourBlondeContest and tag @scrupleshair. To be eligible, ensure your profile is public and you are following @scrupleshair, @theunicorntribe and @modernsalon.
A panel of three judges will choose three winners, Grand Prize, Second Place and Third Place. Judges include Mia Liguori, Scruples co-president creative; Alix Clymer, founder of The Unicorn Tribe; and MODERN SALON's own Jamie Newman, associate editor. Winning entries will be chosen based on creativity, description of the formula/technique and overall production quality of the final look. All winners will be featured on modernsalon.com and on @scrupleshair, @theunicorntribe and @modernsalon's Instagram pages.
