"This is my client Espe, she is a natural level 4," Katey says. "This was her third appointment. First appointment was a complete color correction, second appointment she went pastel pink and this time she wanted silver."
STEP ONE: Wella Blondor with 20 volume on her regrowth (about an inch and a half of growth) for 30 minutes.
STEP TWO: Toned her first with Wella Color Touch - 1oz 10/1 + 1oz 8/81 + 3oz 1.9% emulsion for 15 minutes.
STEP THREE: Then when back in at her root area with Color Touch 7/89 + 1.9% 1:2. Left that on for 10 minutes then ran a wide tooth comb, root through end, and let process for another 10 minutes.
