Here Wiener shares the details for the new look:
STEP 1: Teasey/balayage in foils throughout using Wella Blondor with 20 volume developer and B3 added for protection.
STEP 2: Process for 30 minutes or until desired lift is achieved. Shampoo and dry the hair.
STEP 3: Apply from the point of balayage to the ends the purple mixture: Oligo ProfessionalFunkHue: start out with a bowl of Lilac. Add some azure and violet, and then pink and fuchsia to get the right amount of warmth.
STEP 4: Saturate thoroughly and then process for 30 minutes. Rinse with cold water.
