“I’m thrilled to partner with L’Oréal Professionnel to host the very first U.S. Color & Style Trophy event,” says  Gibson. “I started my career in education and artistry so I know how critical a ‘big break’ can be for a hairdresser’s career. Color & Style Trophy will hopefully give our winners the opportunity of a lifetime to showcase their work in front of some of the industry’s biggest names.”
