Explains Arrojo, "After the consultation, you may realize a
certain color tone, highlight or lowlight, will be a great fit for your
client. The trick is to convince her. Do this with celebrities. Maybe
a pop or film star is wearing a similar look; show a magazine
photo to the client. Then, talk about how you'll tailor it to her."
