Here, Emerson shares the formula for this perky pixie:
STEP 1: Refresh touch up with powder lightener with 40 volume and Olaplex.
STEP 3: Lift to pale yellow, then shampoo.
STEP 2: Tone with SchwarzkopfProfessional 10-0 and 9-18 with 10 volume and Olaplex for approximately 10 minutes, pulling through to the ends for another 5 minutes with Schwarzkopf Professional haircolor.
