How-To:
Mix milk_shake decologic blue lightening powder and 30 volume 1:1.
Apply to dry, unwashed hair using super fine sections. Make sure not to overlap previous color.
Process for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Shampoo with clarifying shampoo and towel dry. Apply milk_shake silver shine shampoo and let sit for 10 minutes.
Rinse and condition.
Blow dry and style using milk_shake silver shine whipped cream and viola!
Send guest home with milk_shake silver shine shampoo to maintain icy tone.
