Elena Rosas (@Sweetpeaelena) of Kinshoppe Salon and Day Spa, Ventura, CA. decided to add some depth and drama to her client who was finding her shade was getting a bit brassy. "I wanted to give her a more natural, softer look that was a bit richer. I also wanted to give her something that would grow out naturally without any harsh line."
Here Rosas shares the HOW TO for this 3 hour process on her natural level 5 client:
Step 1: Using Schwarzkopf Igora Royal, weave 12-2 highlift with 30 volume developer (ration 1:2).
Step 2: Low light with (Demi) Schwarzkopf Vibrance demi 5-65 with 6vol (ratio: 1:2).
Step 3: Process for 30 minutes then rinse and shampoo.
Step 4: Gloss and Tone with 6-0 and 13 volume developer at the root area to give her a shadow and soften the highlight effect. Process for 10 minutes. Shampoo.
Step 5: Then Gloss and Tone with 8-0 and 13 volume developer from mid shaft to ends.
Step 6: Process for ten minutes and then shampoo and condition.
