Erin Nguyen (@classycutshampton) of Bayside Hampton, Melbourne, Australia, has a juicy Instagram page filled with lovely transformations. Although there are many to choose from, we selected this one because it is particularly beautiful and is perhaps the gentle transformation that you deal with on a regular basis. Nguyen points out that colleague Susan Nguyen helped creating the color.
Here Nguyen shares the HOW TO, without giving brands, but at least giving levels:
STEP 1: Apply a full head of foils in micro sections. Lightener blended with 40 volume (and Olaplex) is applied in balayage style.
STEP 2: The base is darkened with a level 6AA, blended with 10 volume developer.
STEP 3: The hair is glazed with a level 9N neutral.
