According to Michael, this guest "always pulls warm and she's always struggled with getting the perfect cool blonde for summer. We played with the formula and balayage for a gentle lift and easy maintenance." The results? The perfect dimensional summer blonde.

Step 1: Apply the root color about an inch and a half down. Formula: equal parts 9.01 (9NA) and 7.01 (7NA) with double 7 volume (which creates a translucent demi permanent). Use a dry color brush to feather down to blend.
Step 2: Process for 25 minutes and then shampoo, condition and blow dry.
Step 3: Apply a partial lowlight in horizontal foils directly up to her part using a very fine 'babylight' weave with 7.01 (7NA) and 10 volume.
Step 4: Split every section in between each foil diagonally and in the middle. Blend Eufora Aloe Pod lightener and 30 volume with a bond builder. Pinch the bottom of the section and balayage just the outside of each section with a thick highlight. Feather down about an inch off of the root and to mid strand. From there use the back of the color brush to run the lightener down the entire section. Rub the mid strand up and down to blend to avoid any harsh lines.
Step 5: Process for 40 minutes and then shampoo and towel dry.
Step 6: Tone with 9.01 (9NA) and double 7 volume while damp. Apply first to the root area and process for 10 minutes and then applied to the rest of the hair. Process for an additional 5 minutes.
