When we saw this transformation on Instagram, we asked for more information. Here Del Toro shares details:
"My client, Taylor, came to me for the first time wanting a teal ombre. She hadn't touched her hair since January, but I immediately noticed a broken section at the nape of her neck. I knew whatever I did, I'd have to be careful."
Step 1: Begin by filling the midsection with 30 ml of Joico RC6 and 60 ml Activator.

Step 2: Simultaneously foil the ends with 35 volume and 1/4 of Olaplex #1. Process for 20 minutes. Rinse and blow dry.
Step 3: Apply 30 ml Joico A3 mixed with 10 ml N4 and 80 ml Activator to the previously filled area. Using all Joico shades, simultaneously apply a mixture of 2oz of peacock green, 1 oz of cobalt blue, and 2 oz of clear to the ends.
Step 4: Process for 20 minutes and then rinse. Apply Olaplex #2, and then shampoo and condition.
