"My client came in and wanted a new look," says Megan Allen (@hairstylistmeganallen) of Salon 29:11 Smithfield, NC. "We were doing just highlights for the longest time but this time she wanted to go lighter and brighter. She stated in her consultation that she still wanted to keep her highlights but incorporate ombré. So I did a foilage technique to brighten her up. She loved it and so did I!"

Starting level: 7 with highlights

Step 4: Remove foils and rinse and shampoo. At the bowl apply formula C, glazing from scalp to ends. Process for about 10 minutes. Shampoo again and apply Joico K-PAK to hydrate.
