Make a "lashing" impression on your clients with these tips and tricks from NovaLash Global Master Trainer and Head of Education, Zachary Falb.

Make a lashing impression on your clients! Lash extensions are becoming increasingly popular for everyday wear; whether it’s a subtle look or a glam one, clients of all ages are seeing the benefits of lash-extension services.
NovaLash Global Master Trainer and Head of Education, ZacharyFalb, says the most important step to finding the perfect age-appropriate lashes is the right consultation.
“Everyone will want a different set of lash extensions,” he says. “Understanding what the client wants and delivering on their expected outcome is the best way to achieve client satisfaction.”
He also notes it’s important to not assume a client wants longer extensions and to give them realistic expectations. “Older clients love the effortless beauty that lash services can provide by skipping eyeliner and mascara all together. Lash extensions can transform a face by providing an eye-opening effect.”
Falb lashes many of his friend’s mothers, and says they’re obsessed with their lash extensions. With age, clients often see their natural lashes thinning, so extensions can give a more youthful overall look. Falb says these clients tend to want shorter, more sophisticated lashes that create an eyeliner effect rather than lots of length. He also says to remember that younger clients’ preferences vary, too.
“Make sure to custom create a look with different lengths, diameters and curl. There is no one-size-fits-all with lash services. Be an artist, and create bespoke looks for all your clients.”
