"Painting free form shade-on-shade
through the hair. I found
a way to cut foil with scissors
to control shape of the selected
strands. It's not just the
strand, it is the shape of
what you select to
color that makes all
the difference."-Beth Minardi

"If you do great color on unhealthy hair, it's not great color. So any color design that results in a healthy result is my favorite color service right now. I only use the most non-aggressive products possible" -Michael Boychuck

Michael Boychuck, owner of Color at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, comes
from humble beginnings. "I went to Jacksonville, Florida, for continuing education
and ended up with a mentor who allowed me to work for free until I
brought up my skills. I knew I wasn't that good, but I learned and eventually
got on the floor," he says. Boychuck eventually ended up at the Jose Eber salon in Beverly Hills for
seven years where he learned to make "everything individual for everyone."
He continues to practice that philosophy in his three Las Vegas salons.
"It's a passion," he said, "and we all benefit from hard work and attention
to detail."
