Ok, I'm seriously dying of laughter. This poor little girl! I'm certainly guilty of giving a bad hair cut strikingly similar to this one... granted, I was six years old, but still... I can sympathize. Unfortunately I didn't have anyone else to blame it on. Especially since my mom busted me with the scissors in hand.
BUT, how funny is this commercial that aired in the UK? The best part? When the man is screaming at the hairdresser, "I know this hair cut has nothing to do with you, but my sister is outside and I want her to think that you did it.. you are very, very nice people!"
