T3 has just introduced a new shower head designed to help your clients keep YOUR hair design and color in tip top shape. Get details here.
Does it kill you to know that the beautiful color and shape you just created on your client may be ruined by the water in her home? Turns out there is so much chlorine in our water that it may damage the hair and strip color. Some areas have such heavy concentrations of chlorine (and other chemicals) that your color design may look less than fab after just one shampoo.
T3 decided to address the situation. The new T3 Source Shower Filter showerhead is a certified filtration system designed to remove up to 95% of chlorine from shower water. According to the press materials, this is to offer a "noticeable improvement in hair health and hair color retention." The filter is also clinically tested and shows "a 64% reduction in frizz after only 10 rinses." The filtered water also increases comb-ability and shine.
So how does it work?
The showerhead is chock full of Calcium, Zinc and Copper designed to remove the chlorine (and other chlorine types) from the water. Tourmaline Negative ions reduce water cluster size which improves filtration and helps PH balance.
Other benefits include 8 spray settings and an anti-scaling low maintenance spray nozzle to resist scale build up. The filter should be replaced every 6 months (10,000 gallons) for optimal results, which will keep your client coming back!
The Showerhead retails for $130 and T3 is making it available to salons to sell directly to clients.
