Michael Heines has been promoted to group vice president for full service at Beauty Systems Group, an operating unit of Sally Beauty Holdings. Heines will be responsible for all the full service operations including BSG customer service, inside sales and e-commerce support operations. He will report to BSG President John Golliher.
“We are pleased to announce Michael’s well-deserved promotion for our BSG team,” says Golliher. “His more than 22 years of experience in the professional beauty supply business has given him in-depth leadership experience that will serve our team well.”
Heines held the position of vice president and general manager of the BSG West division for six years and prior to that was in management with several beauty supply distributorships, which he transitioned into Beauty Systems Group.
