Steven Goddard, founder and President of Pravana Naturceuticals, announced the promotion of Bethany Kirschner to the position of vice president of marketing. Following her three previous years as director of marketing, Kirschner established an "active and pivotal role in defining and enhancing the Pravana brand image and the development of one of the most innovative nature-based, technology-backed hair care product brands," says Goddard.
"In her new role, Bethany will continue to oversee the development of ground breaking new products to maintain Pravana's exciting growth trajectory," Goddard says.
The company also promoted Karla Ramirez, to the position of director of customer service. A six-year veteran at Pravana, "Karla has been a tremendous asset in her many job functions," Goddard says, citing her accomplishments in accounting, plus an active role in overseeing Pravana's inventory control and establishing the company's current positive inventory position.
