Have you noticed that when you "like" a page on Facebook that's as far as your interactions have gone? Never fear faithful Facebook followers! Here is a quick how-to and an easy solution to revamp your Facebook news feed.
Have you noticed that when you "like" a page on Facebook that's as far as your interactions have gone? It has come to the social media world's attention that certain Facebook pages will not appear in your news feed unless you take specific steps to put them there. Never fear faithful Facebook followers I have uncovered a quick and easy solution.
Facebook has been promoting the use of lists to customize your news feed content, and as a result it made one of those invisible changes that leave us confounded.
If you notice that a particular page is no longer showing up on your feed go to that page's timeline and hover over the "like" button and make sure that "show in news feed" has a checkmark next to it.
Of course you may still not see every single post by the page, that's part of the filtered news feed function, but this will make you much more likely to see their posts.
Salon owners, check with your social media savvy customers to make sure they are seeing all of your exclusive Facebook content, and remember to post content that fans will engage with. Facebook will stream your posts to more newsfeeds if it's a photo or a link. The best way to assure fans see your posts is to earn the reach, by likes, comments, and shares by your fans.
