TRANSFORMATION: Fried To Pretty Dimension

Miriam Ortega (@studio410artonhair), owner and hair artist of Studio 410, located in the heart of the "bishop arts district", in  Dallas, Texas, had an opportunity to help a new client and help she did. "Amber came in with an obvious over bleached, over processed, platinum blonde, brittle mid length hair. Her hair was fried to a crisp with no option other than to cut it off, to a short bob."

Here Ortega offers the HOW TO:

Step 1: Cut dry. Cut into a bob and layer cut excess damage as much as possible without going too short.
Step 2: Section hair into four sections. Taking quarter inch slices, place on foil and apply Wella Color Charm Demi- Permanent, 2 oz. 6W, with 2oz. 10volume . Apply from where blonde hair begins to the ends, making sure to heavily saturate. Leave 1 1/2 inch hair between foil out.
Step 3: While processing, apply Wella Color Charm permanent, 2 oz of 6N with 20volume, applying ONLY on new growth.
Step 4: Process with a cap under dryer, high heat, low air, for 10 minutes.
Step 5. Rinse and shampoo, lather hair mixing all together at the bowl to allow the 6w to deposit on the blonde pieces to tone to a softer shade.
Step 6: Deep condition with Moroccanoil Deep Conditioning treatment, under a processing cap for 7minutes. Rinse.
Step 7: Style using Kenra blow dry spray, Moroccanoil Weightless oil, and TIGI Bed Head Headrush.
