Toni Rose Larson (hairistagesaloncarlsbad), Artist/Owner @Hairitage Salon, Carlsbad, California, sent us the formula for this blue melt and we just had to share:
Formula #1: 2oz Pravana Blue + 2oz Pravana Neon Blue
Formula #2: 2oz Pravana Blissful Blue + 2oz Pravana Neon Blue
Formula #3: 2oz Pravana ChromaSilk 1N + Pravana Zero Lift
Step 1: Create a desired design. In this case, slice out the front and place in foils.
Step 2: Paint up the back of the head beginning at the nape and feathering up to the crown of her head, placing in foils. Pre-lighten to a level 9/10 using Olaplex & Pravana Pure Light Powder.
Step 3: Apply Formula #1 and pull through the fringe. Apply throughout the back of the head leaving the ends free of color.
Step 4: Apply Formula #2 through the ends.
Step 5: Apply Formula #3, feathering in between fashion color.
Step 6: Process for 30 minutes. Rinse with cool water. Shampoo with ChromaSilk Vivids Color Protect and condition.
