Betsey Johnson offered her fall/winter 2010 collection on Valentine's Day. How appropriate! Betsey was inspired by the 1971 film "Las Petroleras" and created sexy "French" cowgirls for this showing.Who better than Thomas Dunkin for Sebastian to step in and create the playful and fun hair designs? Dunkin created volume and texture with spray and Velcro rollers. The hair was then split into tousled pigtails and decorated with fabric and ties. The look was LOVE-ABLE!!!
