Formula and How-To: A Coppery Rose Gold

Anne Moratto | May 18, 2016 | 9:05 AM

Jamie Rivera (@bbjam) painted a "coppery rose gold" for her guest, who came to her first with a grown-out ombré that was a level 8. Her natural level is a 4.

STEP ONE:  Lift to a level 9 using Pravana's Pure Light balayage lightener, HIGH developer, for 45 minutes, heavily saturating the ends.

STEP TWO: Shadow tone the root area with Wella Color Touch .05oz 7/43 .05oz 9/43 6 volume.

STEP THREE: Color Melt the mid-shaft and ends with Wella Instamatic's Pink Dream 10 volume.

STEP FOUR: Process 30 minutes.

STEP FIVE: Finish with Wella's Service Treatment for 5 minutes.
