Paul Mitchell The Color XG Formula and a Clipper Cut

Anne Moratto | August 23, 2016 | 12:55 PM

The multi-talented Tina Greene (@tina.greene) is a newly-minted hairdresser, a model (see our cover from May 2016) and the social media and brand director for Straight Pin Studio LA.

To complement this precise, blunt bob (which was achieved using clippers rather than shears), Greene chose a multi-dimensional dark burgundy haircolor. Working alongside Fernie Andong (@fernthebarber) on this gorgeous look, Green offers us her formula.

The model is Amanda Clegg (@paannpan).

FORMULA

Paul Mitchell The Color XG: 0.5 oz 6V + 0.5 oz 4V +  a pea sized amount of Red Intensifier + a pea sized amount of Blue Intensifier + 1.5oz 10 Volume Cream Developer.

Process for 35 minutes.
