TRY IT:
STEP 1: Prep hair in two different sections to create the graduation from sleek to curly texture. Prep the sleek part of the hair with Paul Mitchell's Foaming Pomade and Hair Sculpting Lotion down to the partial ridge, and then flat wrap the hair.
STEP 2: From the parietal ridge down, use Paul Mitchell's Extra Body Sculpting Foam with a quarter size amount of Fast Form, then spray with texturizing sea salt spray.
STEP 3: Section the hair in 1/2-inch by 1/2-inch sections and pin curl iron all the hair up to the parietal ridge. with all curls going the same direction.
STEP 4: Hair should be left sleek above the parietal and all curls must stop at the same point at the parietal.
STEP 5: Brush out the pin curls and form one ridge at the parietal and use an extra body finishing spray all over. Then spray a shine spray onto a dressing brush and brush over the sleek area of hair into the ridge to make the style look more polished.
