More and more celebrities are embracing it: Silver streaks. It's been one of the hottest hair trends in the past few months showing up on the heads of models, younger celebrities and at runway shows like Chanel and Dior's spring shows in Paris and New York. The 2010 trend has been particularly popular with the younger generation of people, who are embracing the "trendy" color through highlights to an entire head-full of grey.

According to hairdresser Stephanie Paul from Glasgow, "To get steel grey you have to have pigment to dye, and it really looks better if you have other warmer tones to balance it." While some women of a certain age would want to normally go into a salon for a cover-up, these women (see below) have clasped onto the trend and are showing it off.

I did some searching throughout the Internet and I found TONS of examples of young style setters wearing the hair style. I feel like it can be elegant for some, and totally wrong for others…judge for yourself.
