The Grammy red carpet was crawling with some stunning looks, but the sleek locks of Lea Michele, star of the hit Fox show"Glee", received lots of attention.

Mark Townsend, stylist to the stars, created the look earlier in the day.

“Since the Grammys are the biggest night in music, I wanted to give Lea a little rock-n-roll edge, so we went with straight hair that had great shine, with a full, side swept bang to complement her Ramona Caveza dress."

Townsend, a Moroccanoil fan, began by first applying a few drops of the treatment to wet hair. “I'm obsessed with this because it cuts drying time dramatically and makes the hair look healthy and vibrant.” He then dried the hair with a large round brush followed by a flat iron creating a slight bend on the ends to give it some movement. “Next I used my favorite trick: I mixed Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream and Moroccanoil Glimmer Shine Spray in my hand and then raked my hands through Lea's hair to give it amazing shine with a light, natural hold. To add a little texture, I sprayed Sally Hershberger Genius Spray Wax all over.” Townsend finished by spraying Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray on a natural bristle eyebrow brush to brush down any flyaway hairs and ran the brush through her bangs to keep them swept to the side.
