Beauty legend you respect: Paula Kent Meehan, co-founder of Redken. When I started in the beauty industry in 1993, she was virtually the only woman running a major company. She was strong, professional and passionate about the beauty industry and truly inspired me.

Choose beauty because: There is no better outlet for women to express their creativity and leadership skills.

Quote or mantra: Be passionate about what you do.  You can only do great work if you love what you do.  Don’t settle for anything less.
