|Robert Bushy got some hands-on experience with new spring looks at the Vidal Sassoon International Masters course in London.|
Bushy sent us his take on spring and summer hair styles, which, he says, represents a departure from the previous season’s soft, glamorous and sexy looks. Cropped hair and off-kilter silhouettes add drama. “Faces are not symmetrical. Very strong fringes that frame the face, layers with contrasting lengths and colors that combine a mix of warm and cool natural tones,” says Bushy, “are part of spring’s new looks.”
Bushy is also seeing a lot of chemically enhanced texture, and in-salon hair conditioning treatments that will revitalize winter-weary hair. Men’s hair styles will benefit from both classic barbering techniques and disheveled layering.
“The looks will pair well with spring’s bold, bright fashion palettes,” Bushy adds.
