Asil Simsek (@asilsmsk) of Dejavous, NYC, wowed us with this transformation, from flat and uninteresting to gently melted.
We contacted Simsek for more information and the HOW TO:
STEP 1: Using Schwarzkopf Blondme with 20 volume (blended with Olaplex) apply in balayage application throughout the hair.
STEP 2: Lift to level 8 and rinse and then shampoo wth blue shampoo. Apply Olapex step 2.
STEP 3: Apply L'Oreal Majirel 901s with an excess amount of 20 volume peroxide (filled to the top of the bowl so the hair wont get too light.) Cold water was added to the mixture.
STEP 4: Apply first to the root then move to the bottom. Process for 5 minutes to break the base, lifting to an ashy brown. Then comb through to blend. Shampoo again with blue shampoo. No toner was used.
