Millennium SpaSalon Software today announced a strategic relationship that will offer the Demandforce D3 software to all Millennium clients.

“Our mission is to provide quality service and reliable technology for our clients, and Demandforce fits into that mission perfectly,” said John Harms, Founder & CEO of Millennium Software. “After extensive research and testing, we found that Demandforce and Millennium together form a very powerful solution that will help our customers succeed in today’s busy, online environment. We look forward to a long relationship and success for our mutual clients.”

Millennium Software users have generated over 23,000 client reviews across the Web and reactivated over 21,000 lost client visits. Individually, these salons and spas have generated an average of 23 client reviews and reactivated 28 lost client visits per month. Additionally, the average Millennium customer using Demandforce has increased the number of emails in their database by 17 percent.

With Demandforce, Millennium users will be able to automate appointment scheduling and confirmations using email and text messaging, improve their online reputation on Internet sites including Google, Facebook and CitySearch and get more clients in the door with customized promotions, newsletters and more. Additionally, Demandforce automatically tracks results and revenue from all communications and online marketing efforts to provide real-time visibility into the success of the business.

“Millennium and Demandforce joint clients now have the best of both worlds with the combination of the two software products,” said Rick Berry, President of Demandforce. “We share the Millennium vision of providing our clients with leading technology and services to help them have consistent and reliable growth, and we couldn’t be happier about this endorsement.”

So what does this mean for existing millenium and demandforce users? We already have both services? Will it cost us more or less? and when would we begin to see changes?
