Cosmetologists Chicago (CC) invites all cosmetology students to participate in Rising Stars 2011 Hair, Make-up and Fashion Photo Competition for students! Entries should be artistic, yet real and show salon creativity and requires both before and after photos of a model and/or a client.
Three finalists will be chosen from Pivot Point International, Tricoci University and an open application for all other schools. Finalists will each receive a one-year membership to CC, free admission to the 2011 and 2012 America’s Beauty Shows (ABS) and will be featured on americasbeautyshow.com and will move on to the final judging and presentation at ABS, March 12-14, 2011, in downtown Chicago.
