Michelle Lee and Eva Mustafai’s three favorite features of Salon Eva Michelle’s design include:
-Most of the salon hangs from the ceiling and does not touch the floor. This includes the main styling stations which form a line down to the middle of the space.
-The lighting. A striking lighting system compliments the exposed ventilation and other mechanical equipment that makes the space feel sleek instead of factory-like.
-The bathrooms in the middle of the space. The architect turned them into a central design feature by building a curved wall around them and wrapping it in polished aluminium that reflects light deep into the back of the salon.
