For Virgin Hair: 1. Mix three parts of the cream relaxer with one part of the cream neutralizer and apply to dry hair-no shampoo needed.
2. Application: Beginning at the nape of the neck, divide hair into two inch sections. Apply mixed product to the first section, followed by combing the section using "medium tension" until hair is straight. Move to the next section and follow the previous application until the entire head is complete.
3. When Application is complete, "loosely" place any or enclosed plastic bag over the clients head to process for 30 to 55 minutes. If using an enclosed bag, be sure to cut one seam so that the bag may be placed over head loosely.
4. After desired processing time is complete thoroughly rinse hair with warm water, followed by a moisturizing shampoo/conditioner.
5. Blow-dry hair, flatironing is optional.
Colored hair-single process: 1. Mix equal parts of the cream relaxer and cream neutralizer. Apply to dry hair-no shampoo needed.
