Anna Todd (@hairbyannatodd), an artist at Dolce Vita Salon, Orlando, FL, totally transformed her client with color and extensions (her specialty). "She has naturally fine hair that never grows past her shoulders," says Todd. "She wanted a change! We decided to brighten up her copper red hair color and add a full head of 18-20" Hot Heads extensions."
Here she shares the formula and application for the bright copper shade: 2 oz. Wella Koleston 77/44 + 2 oz. 20 vol root to ends. Process at room temperature for 30 minutes.
