She came in with about 1" of regrowth and previous enlightened hair from our last session where we did blueish tones, which faded to silvers. She always keeps me on my tippy toes and lets me play around with a spectrum of colors. We went for 'bubble gums and cotton candy' pinks, inspired by Gwen Stefani in the 90's." Galanos and Clare have been "going for the punch" for three years now. "I love what she brings in for me."
HOW TO FORMULA:
Step 1: Lighten the regrowth with Redken Flash Lift and 40 volume.
Step 2: While processing, Comb the product through the mids-ends to help remove some previous silvery/mint tones remaining from the previous color.
Step 3: Process for 30 minutes and then shampoo with cool water and dry completely.
Step 4: Prepare the following Pravana shades: Baby Pink, Magenta, and Neon Pink. Mix Baby Pink and Magenta to create the deeper pink tones. Apply to the root area.
Step 5: Using a zig zag pattern and block coloring (based on the hair cut Galanos just gave her!), alternate Baby Pink and Neon Pink.
Step 6: Process for 20 and then rinse, shampoo and condition the hair.
