Client was a level 5 pre-lightened to level 9/10 Balayge method.
Formula:
2oz Pravana Vivids Blue
1oz Pravana Vivids Blue & 2oz Clear
3oz Pravana Neon Blue
2oz Pravana Neon Blue & 2oz Pastel Blue
Apply Formula #1 To base pull down 2 inches.
Apply Formula #2 directly onto base pull through approximately 4 inches
Apply Formula #3 through ends
Apply Formula #4 directly onto formula #3
Process for 30 minutes. Rinse with cold water, light shampoo, condition & style
