Recent beauty school graduate Angela Launders is based at Euphoria Inc., a full-service Aveda salon in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. MODERN found her before-and-after on Instagram (@Lunariea) and was quite impressed with the transformation.

GET THE LOOK

Client started at a level 4 with previous slices of Aveda Blue Pure Pigment.

STEP 1: It's important to cleanse the hair thoroughly to start with a clean canvas. Cleanse the hair using Enlightener (30g) Shampure (30g) and 20 volume (30g) applied to midshaft and ends. Process to gold/yellow.

STEP 2: On the scalp we used Enlightener(60g) crème booster(60g), 20 vol (50g), 30 volume (50g).

STEP 3: Then re-apply to scalp and draw through to the midshaft and ends. Process to light/pale yellow.

STEP 4: The blue was the basic Aveda Pure Pigment formula (20g) Blue to (20g) of 5 volume. Process for 20 minutes and then shampoo and condition the hair.
