Jon Alexander Frawley (@jonnystylez) says his client had been previously bleached out roots to end. "She came in with a lot of regrowth," says Frawley. "She was going to 'Fifth Element' inspired orange! We started by bringing her to the sink and wetting her hair down . Here Frawley shares the how-to:

STEP 1: Mix Wella Blondor, Wella Brilliance Shampoo and Wella 20 volume developer (all equal parts). Apply to all the hair and work into a lather.

STEP 3: Follow with Pravana Orange with a dot of Moody Blue. Saturate roots to ends and process for 20 minutes. Shampoo and condition.

STEP 4: Style with a 1 1/4 marcel iron by Hot Tools and “Rockaway” by R & CO.
