Rhea De Leon (@urstylist) a hair artist in San Diego, CA, was thrilled at the challenge of bringing her previously color treated, long hair client to a nice champagne blonde. Because of the previous color and length, De Leon adds that Step 2 is very important ("Make sure to watch the hair while processing."
Here she offers the formula and HOW TO:
Step 1. Apply Joico Vero light lightening powder with 30 volume from off scalp to ends.
Step 2. Keep an eye on the color. Process to pale yellow.
Step 3: To tone, apply Light Ash Blonde from Pravana.
Step 4: Process for 15 minutes then rinse and shampoo.
