Balayage has become the number one requested service in many salons, and the good news is, there truly is a balayage approach for every client. When it comes to creating balayage highlights on fine hair, keep in mind that less is more in order to maintain dimension, says L’Oréal Professionnel Artist Min Kim. That means applying your formula to fewer sections and working with single-point balayage pieces.

Here, Min creates a satisfying milk and honey balayage hue that brings all kinds of light, bright goodness to her fine-haired model.
