MODERN Facebook fan Drew Noreen, a stylist at Arizona's Pucci Salon, created this fun finish on his client Jen. Whenever MODERN features Drew's work, it goes VIRAL--his easy-to-digest how tos and beautiful finishing make his process fun to follow.

Apply Wella Koleston Perfect equal parts /5 + 4/75 + 4/77 with 20-volume developer at the base, and the same formula on midshaft and ends with 10-volume developer. Process for 30 without heat.

"For the mint extension pieces, I started on level 10 and applied equal parts Wella /33 + /28 + /00 to 5 parts (or more) of Pastel developer," he says. Drew colored them twice.

"Her hair cut was inspired by a cut I saw Australian educator Tracy Hughes do at a class in Milwaukee," he says.
