Philip Pelusi announced the launching of its “Career Coaching at Philip Pelusi” mentoring program to hairstylists across the country. The program consists of one-on-one customized career training sessions and group subject-specific sessions for hairstylists looking to take their career to the next level.
The coaching curriculums, created by John O’Neill and Julie Vaughn, were initially offered exclusively to the design staff of the Philip Pelusi Salons and Color Group. Now offered to hairstylists everywhere, the training is comprised of Philip Pelusi's exclusive techniques and systems used to promote the careers of thousands of designers at the Philip Pelusi Salons for about 56 years. Subjects like building the brand “You”, Creating Your Dream Schedule, Charging What You are Worth, Performing an Elite Guest Experience, and The Economics of Beauty, can be customized for the individual stylist.
The program can benefit independent stylists, stylists working in traditional salon environments, and those looking to one day own their own salon. The career coaching is led by Julie, lead visionary of the Career Coaching Programs, whose role is to launch the careers of new hairstylists and mentor experienced designers to be the best stylists they can be. The program allows stylists to take charge and create the career of their dreams while ensuring their financial security and career satisfaction. Philip Pelusi will be donating a portion of all coaching tuitions to the “Ocean Conservancy” supporting clean and healthy oceans and aquatic wildlife.
