We tracked them down for more details. "This client has experienced some scalp sensitivity during past applications," says Tonya, "so we chose 'Wella Blondor Cream lightener' for its gentle lifting process and Wella's new 'Innosense' line to tone. We went with this product because it has the shades we were going for. Innosense has colors that are on trend right out of the tube. We like using the 0/0 to soften some of the shades. That's what we did here. The 10/88 and 10/95 are amazing!  Innosense does not contain the molecules pPD and pTD, it's great for clients who have scalp sensitivity but still want a full spectrum of colors."

Products (all Wella Professionals, Sebastian Professional):

Blondor Oil Mixed Cream Lightener with 20 Volume Developer.

Wella Professionals Innosense Hair Color -  Pastel Developer.

Care and Styling, Brilliance Shampoo Fine to Normal. Service Color Post Treatment.

Wella EIMI 'Perfect Me', 'Thermal Image', Glam Mist' and 'Stay Essential' were used for styling.

Step 1: Pre-lighten with Wella Blondor Oil Mixed Cream Lightener and 20 Volume. Repeat to reach a level 10. Shampoo with Wella Brilliance shampoo for fine to normal hair, followed by Service Post Color Treatment. 

Step 2: Rough dry hair and tone with Wella Innosense Hair Color 10/88 and Double Pastel Developer at the root.

Step 3: Add 0/0 and more pastel developer to formula and apply to mid lengths and ends. Comb through to create a color melt from roots to ends. ("This formula will create a shadow root effect.") Process for 20 minutes then rinse with cool water. 

Step 4: Apply Wella Service Post Color Post Treatment and leave on for 5 minutes then rinse.
