Here Palich shares the HOW TO:
Step 1: Lighten roots using Redken Up to 7 with 40 volume and Olaplex.
Step 2: Balayage the ends to remove darkness and warmth using Redken Up to 7 with 30 volume and Olaplex.
Step 3: Tone the warmth out of ends using L'Oreal DiaRichesse 9.11 with 9 volume.
Step 4: Tone over all blonde with part 2 Olaplex + Pravana Silver for 10 minutes.
