Leah Freeman was putting the finishing touches on her sold out "PEOPLE'S CHOICE" class at Redken's 2013 Symposium when I stopped by to get her favorite color tip and her own formula.

"2012 was the year of the ombre, but we are starting to see more reds and coppers," she says. "It's a great time to raise your revenue and a great time for colorists to be inspired by the hot reds on celebrities."

There are many things Leah is eager to share with her audience...especially the importance of ideal salon lighting. "It is vital that salons have proper lighting," she says. "It can mean the difference between good and great results."
